We are looking for a skilled musician with a strong affinity to the LGBTQ+ community to support the continued growth of our choir and develop our performance/vocal skills and confidence. For many members the choir is our chosen Rainbow family and a safe space to be our authentic selves. Our musical director plays an essential part in fostering a welcoming, fun and inclusive environment.

The Edinburgh Bach Choir is an auditioned, amateur choir currently consisting of around 80 singers of all abilities. The choir rehearses regularly on Tuesday evenings at St Cuthbert’s Church, Lothian Road, Edinburgh, with performances on a weekend three times a year.

We are seeking a new principal conductor to work with our enthusiastic orchestra. Bristol Orchestral Players (BOP) is a friendly group of people who meet at St Peter’s church hall, Henleaze, Bristol, one Sunday evening a month (a bit more frequently in the run up to our concert), to play pieces from the orchestral repertoire. Our usual format is to rehearse pieces chosen by the members of the orchestra for two successive sessions before moving on to a new selection, with a more in-depth look at the music for our yearly, free concert and social for friends and family in June
