Musical Director for Claygate Choral Society

We are a non-auditioned choir of experienced and enthusiastic SATB singers supported by a highly accomplished resident accompanist. We are a very welcoming and inclusive choir who enjoy singing and performing.

The typical repertoire is choral music from the Baroque period through to 21st-century. We usually perform two or three concerts per year, rehearsing weekly in the local parish church hall (KT10 0JP). The organisation of the choir is supported by an experienced committee.

This is a paid position with competitive rates paid for rehearsals and for concerts. 

Shortlisted applicants will be invited to take a section of a rehearsal following interview. Closing date for applications is Friday, 6thSeptember 2024 and interviews will be held at the end September/early October, date tbc.
