Founded in 1977 and based at Leeds Minster, St Peter's Singers of Leeds is one of the leading chamber choirs in the North of England, with a strong track record of innovation and enterprise. Directed since its inception by Dr Simon Lindley, it has established a reputation for compelling and musical interpretations of choral music dating from the Renaissance to the present day.

Spectrum Singers is no more than 16 strong, so every voice counts and personal preparation is important.

Based in Penarth we’ve sung across South Wales and as far afield as Bath Abbey and Berlin.

New Members all voice parts

The Oriel Singers in Liverpool are looking for new members of our choir. We especially need; Tenors, Basses and Sopranos but will welcome Altos too; there is no audition but potentially a music test at the Musical Directors discretion to ensure that you are in the correct section. A basic ability to read music is required.

If you live or work in Bedfordshire, especially the Potton area, we would welcome new members, ESPECIALLY male voices!! Ability to blend in with existing voices, singing a wide range of music in 3 or 4 part harmony.

Royal Choral Society – all voice parts

Calling all singers! The Royal Choral Society is looking for new members across all voice parts so if you fancy singing in a vibrant, versatile and busy choir then why not come and try us out?

Tenors and basses wanted!

The Academy Choir Wimbledon is a chamber choir with about fifty members based in Wimbledon SW19. Our membership is by audition. Our repertoire is classical. Our music director is Matthew Best. We perform three concerts a year in spring, summer, and autumn with four or five rehearsals in the fortnight preceding the concert. We will be auditioning tenors and basses early in the new year (2020) as we have a couple of vacancies in each vocal part.  We are particularly interested in second basses who can comfortably sing a resonant low D.

TCS new singers

Teddington Choral  Society is currently in the lookout of new Tenor & Bass voices to join the choir. 

TCS performs three concerts every year and has been enjoying big successes in the past year with imaginative programs. 

TCS sang in Central London with Sing the World Tour in September 28th 2019 to perform the Street Requiem together with other choirs and performers including the 'Choir with no Name' at the Central Hall, Westminster. This was  a very special event to take part in.

Bass and Tenor vacancies in Harrogate Vocal Ensemble

 

Eurythmia is a small and extremely friendly SATB Harrogate based vocal ensemble, lead by MD Catherine Field-Leather.  We would welcome one more tenor and two basses, this would complete the line up! Eurythmia already has an eclectic repertoire and aims to breathe new life into old and new manuscripts across Yorkshire. Singers required

Old Dalby Singers are always looking for male and female singers of all ages. We rehearse at Old Dalby Village Hall (LE14 3LR) most Tuesdays of the year with a summer recess. Our rep is varied and we enjoy a convivial and friendly atmosphere whilst learning and gaining valuable musical experience. Old Dalby Singers put on at least two concerts of fresh music a year.
