Wooburn Singers is recruiting new tenors and basses and is offering free one-year bursaries for singers aged 18-30.

We welcome ALL SINGERS to join our Film choir-professional and non professional singers are welcomed! 

Rehearsals take place every Friday in Notting Hill from 7.30pm and concerts are organised at the end of every season. Next concert-The Summer Film Gala Royale is on the 14th of July.

We are a friendly and welcoming choir who are currently looking for more singers, especially altos and basses, to join us after a few of our singers have sadly had to leave because of job changes or family commitments. Brackley Male Voice Choir is currently recruiting high and low voices (particularly tenors) to join our choir. Comradeship and the love of singing is as important to us as musical ability. There are no auditions to join. We are open to all males over the age of eighteen, who wants to join and don’t mind if you’re new to singing we only ask that you are passionate about music and happy to sing in a group.

 Hackney Singers Community Choir is currently rehearsing via Zoom due to the pandemic but we are still welcoming new members. We have vacancies for singers in all sections: Tenors, Basses, Altos and Sopranos. <p>In Accord is actively recruiting a number of new singers.&nbsp;You must be able to hold a harmony and be committed to rehearsing weekly throughout the year. Ideally you should be able to read music and sight sing - but this is not essential! You&#39;ll be part of a small ladies chorus who love to sing and pride themselves on continuously improving their quality.</p>

It's the eternal cry from choirs but, yes, we are looking for more tenor and bass singers.

We are a brand-new choir, our first rehearsal was last week so you would be in on something from the start. We are trying to form a choir that bridges the gap between no-audition community choirs and full on professional groups. Most of all we want to find ways to perform our songs that everyone is comfortable with but we are not another choir stood at the end of a room singing at people.

Southend Vox was established in 2009 and since then has become a pivotal part of the Southend Community. They have performed their varied repertoire (including pop classics, rock songs, songs from popular musicals through to more traditional choral pieces) throughout the county and further afield at venues such as the Guinness Storehouse, Dublin and Union Chapel, London.

In that time, the number of men in the choir has ebbed and flowed, but in recent months’ this has proven a greater challenge for the choir, and now, they need YOU!
