The Marlborough Big Band are looking for experienced trumpet players to rehearse and perform with the band.

MBB was formed approximatley 4 years ago and we have players of all abilities with ages ranging from 18 to 82!

We reherase every Friday evening from 7pm - 9pm at Mildenhall Villahe Hall, High Street, Mildenhal Nr. Marlborough, Wiltshire SN8 2LR

Our music libray is growing and we play a variety of music from 40 to present day.

Gorton Philharmonic is an unauditioned amateur orchestra rehearsing in South Manchester, performing six concerts a year, at local churches, and the Gorton Monastery and currently has vacancies for all string players. Rosafresca is an early music group based in Bristol specialising in the music of Renaissance Spain and Elizabethan England.

We are looking for a bass viol player to join our group which comprises soprano, 2 recorder/crumhorn players and a vihuelist/lutenist.

Brass: Trumpet, Cornet, Trombone

Strings: Violins, Double Bass

The film Orchestra has Community Orchestras in Birmingham, Cheltenham, Malvern, Stratford-Upon-Avon with a NEW orchestra opening in September in Newcastle-Under-Lyme.

Each orchestra rehearses MONTHLY on Sunday afternoons.

Musicians of all ages are encouraged to join from around grade 4- 8+

The cost of membership is £20 until the end of December 31st 2017. Then £50 for the whole of 2018.

We ONLY play original music for film, TV & video games.

Play a brass, wind or percussion instrument? Age 14+ and around grade 5 standard or above? Interested in joining a community concert band? We're a friendly welcoming band which is always looking for new musicians. We're particularly looking for percussionists, brass and saxophone players.
