Ocean brass are looking for a euphonium player (seat negotiable).

Based in Southampton, Ocean rehearse once a week on a Thursday evening. We are a friendly band and have a good balance of concerts, contests and social activities.

TROMBONE AND BBb BASS PLAYERS

Trentham Brass Band is looking for solo trombone and BBb bass players.

We are a friendly and ambitious 3rd section band based in Longton, Stoke on Trent. (Easy access from A50 or M6 J15).

Rehearsals Friday 8 - 10pm and Sundays 6-15 - 8-15 pm in our band room of Tesco car park.

 

We are always happy to welcome players of all ages and abilities to our beginner and training bands on Friday evenings before main band.

 

Players wanted

We are welcoming new players to our lovely group. We are a 30-strong concert band rehearsing wwekly on Monday evenings in Essex and playing 3-4 concerts per year. We are a charity raising money for various local good causes. We ask that new members are at least grade 5 standard, Come and have a free trial period.

We're looking for a number of musicians to fill out our Wind Orchestra, joining an enthusiastic newly formed group, based in South Cheshire.

1st Violin players

Newbury Symphony Orchestra  is looking for experienced violin players to join the 1st violin section

We play three concerts / year . We are amateur musicians from Berkshire, Hampshire and Oxfordshire

Our music director - Jonathan Williams is Head of Music at St Hilda's College Oxford

We are a community based orchestra and always welcome new players, we rehearse on Wednesday evenings

Our next concert - on Saturday 10th November includes Vaughan Williams Symphony No 3, and Ravel Tombeau de Couperin
