West London Chorus, a Choral Society previously known as Chiswick Choir, has a vacancy for an Alto scholar starting in September 2024 and running for a year. We sing a variety of choral music from the 16th century to music by living composers, and are committed to achieving the highest musical standards in a relaxed and social environment. The choir has an auditioned membership of approximately 90 singers drawn from the London area. Our MD is Hilary Campbell.

The London Welsh Chorale, based in central London, is looking for 3 paid choral scholars to join its ranks for the 2024-25 season.

Chiswick Choir, also known as West London Chorus, has a vacancy for a soprano choral scholar, starting in September 2024 and running for a year. The scholarship is worth £900/year.

We are a chanber choir based in Leigh-on-Sea in Essex, specialising in early music, although our repertoire includes everything up to modern music.  We are around 30 strong but very short of tenors, especially 1st tenors.  All applicants will have to audition.

Room 21 Big Band is looking for a ‘Frank, Dean, Sammy or Michael’!

More specifically we are looking for a male vocalist to join our 18 piece swing band.

There’s no money involved, just the opportunity to join the band as a musician and enjoy rehearsing and performing swing numbers from 1930s, 40 and 50s.

We rehearse each week in North Lincolnshire, (Belton) and perform from Derbyshire to North Yorkshire.

You will find it easy to get along with the band members, providing you can follow a score and read music.

Singers always welcome to join.

Viva La Musica is an exciting chamber choir of 20 voices based in Loughborough and attracting singers from up to thirty miles away. The choir performs a wide variety of sacred and secular repertoire, much of it 'a capella'.
