Percussionist

Tthe band is recruiting for an enthusiastic percussionist to join the band.

Play on Gretsch Renown kit, smash Sabian, Zildjian and Paiste cymbals, roll Adams and Premier timps, Ding Adams tubular Bells and much more. The bands are currently National Champions (2nd section), were promoted to the 1st section in 2020.

We musically represent South Yorkshire Police at charity events around the county and further afield.
We provide instruments, uniform and membership at no cost. Band members are all registered Police volunteers.

The Coquet Concert Band formed in Sept 2019. We are establishing a reputation of performing entertaining  concerts to a high standard.  We provide a friendly, welcoming and positive playing experience and are currently looking to add to all our sections. We are seeking players of Grade 5 standard or above who enjoy playing varied and challenging music. We rehearse weekly in Swarland Village Hall on Wednesday evenings, performing concerts throughout the year.

Rode Hall Silver Band are seeking a kit percussionist to join our ensemble base on the Cheshire / Staffordshire border.

We are looking for instrumentalists that play the French Horn, the Bassoon, the trumpet, the trombone and the timpani to join our concert on the 21st :March when we perform Haydn’s The Creation at St Andrews Church Halstead. We are offering players a fee of £85 for an afternoon rehearsal at 2.30 and an evening performance at 7.30.

The FSO is looking to recruit good players to join its regular bass section.  We are a very friendly orchestra giving 4 concerts a year in major concert venues in the Hampshire / Surrey borders and rehearse every Thursday evening in Farnborough.  Our repertoire is very varied so there is something for everyone, and basses are an extremely valued part of the team!  More details and how to apply can be found here.
