The Russell Trust is a family trust established in 1947 in memory of Captain J P O Russell, who was killed in Italy in the Second World War.
The Trust was established to benefit charities in the UK, but particularly in Scotland.
The Trust has a wide criteria for grant making. Grants of up to £10,000 are available. Generally, the amounts awarded are between £250 and £2,000. One to three larger grants of up to £20,000 may be awarded annually.
Applicants must contact the Trust's Administrator to make an application.
Completed application forms must be accompanied by a statement of accounts.
