Associate Musical Director

<p><strong>Role Profile</strong><br />&bull; Accomplished vocal coach with good understanding of relevant technique<br />&bull; Experienced and skilled choral conductor, adept in a broad range of<br />musical styles<br />&bull; Proficient and accomplished pianist with the ability to direct mixed ability,<br />complex vocal groups from the keyboard<br />&bull; Confident, experienced and skilled rehearsal director covering a broad<br />range of musical style and ability</p><p>Main Duties<br />&bull; To lead sectional rehearsals, subsidiary performance group/ensemble<br />rehearsals as required<br />&bull; To lead full rehearsals with an accompanist and to accompany full and<br />small group rehearsals<br />&bull; To help ensure good vocal practice and development through practical<br />application to repertoire<br />&bull; To direct full/partial performances of various groups as required, including potential bespoke/seasonal opportunities<br />&bull; To lead on the delivery of our education and outreach programme and<br />development of a Youth Chorus<br />&bull; To support the Artistic Director and work collaboratively with the music and creative team as required</p><p><strong>Candidate Specification</strong></p>
