Formed in 1836, The Huddersfield Choral Society is one of the UK's foremost and longest established amateur choral societies. Renowned Worldwide for its annual performances of Handel's Messiah, it has produced numerous acclaimed recordings of various pieces throughout it's existence and continues to refresh its repertoire with performances and recordings accompanied by the UK's best professional orchestras, soloists and World class Musical Directors.
