Coma

About

Contemporary Music for All (CoMA) enables musicians of all abilities to create, develop and perform exciting new music. We are an inclusive organisation, equally welcoming to everyone, regardless of background, needs or ability.

CoMA has a network of instrumental and vocal ensembles across the UK and in Europe, including:

CoMA Bristol
CoMA Birmingham (coming soon - get in touch if you're interested in joining!)
CoMA East Midlands
CoMA Glasgow
CoMA Leeds
CoMA London
CoMA Singers (London)
CoMA Manchester
CoMA Sheffield
CoMA Sussex

A full list and details on how to join an ensemble near you can be found here: http://www.coma.org/get-involved/ensembles/

We particularly encourage participation from disabled creators, ethnically diverse backgrounds and gender minorities, as these groups are currently under-represented in our community. If you have any access requirements or have any questions about access, please contact info@coma.org.

CoMA also has a catalogue comprising hundreds of contemporary works especially suitable for performance by amateur and youth ensembles. Scores available to purchase at http://www.coma.org/catalogue/

We also run composer workshops, summer and winter music schools and an international biennial contemporary music festival. Follow us on Twitter, Instagram and Facebook for updates: @Coma_NewMusic
