Saffron Community Foundation

Saffron Community Foundation is the charitable arm of Saffron Housing Trust.

Saffron Community Foundation supports projects that are aimed at improving the quality of life and wellbeing of groups and communities in the areas in which Saffron Housing Trust has stock.

Grants should:
• Benefit the local community.
• Encourage local people to get involved.

Grants are awarded to individuals and groups in Cambridgeshire, Essex, Norfolk and Suffolk for community projects aimed at improving quality of life and wellbeing.

Northamptonshire - General Grants Programme

 

The scheme is administered and provided by the Northamptonshire Community Foundation.

The general grants programme intends to benefit the whole community and fund a wide range of projects. It aims to help the young and old, those with disabilities, projects which develop the cultural and creative life of a community, healthy living and the environment, as well as sports and recreation.

Small Grants are available for between £250 and £3000 to not for profit groups in Northamptonshire who want to develop the cultural and creative life of their community.

 

Northamptonshire County Council Youth Small Grants Programme

 

The Northamptonshire County Council Youth Small Grants Programme is provided by Northamptonshire County Council and administered by the Northamptonshire Community Foundation.

The Fund supports activities for young people aged 10 to 19 years (10 to 25 years for those who have a disability).

Grants are available for local voluntary, community and self-help groups to support activities for young people aged 10 to 19 years (10 to 25 years for those who have a disability) in Northamptonshire. Grants of between £2,500 and £10,000 are available.

Mid Suffolk Grants

 

Mid Suffolk District Council provides grants for small scale projects that help to promote community activities, environmental improvements, self help activities, local events, participation in art and sporting activities as well as schemes promoting education and health improvements in the local community.

KCC Combined Members Grant Scheme

 

The Combined Members Grant Scheme provides support to small-scale, local community projects that meet Kent County Council's overall objectives. These grants can support a lot of different activities, including: • Marketing and training costs. • Community safety schemes. • Sports projects. • Larger refurbishment projects in community halls

Any organisation or group with a current bank account may apply.

Haslemere Challice Community Fund

 

This Haslemere Challice Community Fund aims to help make a significant contribution to meeting the charitable needs of the Haslemere area.

The fund is a partnership between the Challice Trust, originally established from a bequest made to the Haslemere community by Mrs Ruth Challice Bush in 1962, and the Community Foundation for Surrey.

The maximum grant awarded is £2,500.

Gedling Community Grants

 

Every year we give money to support local community groups and activities.

Your local councillors decide on whether grants are approved and how much is given. Each councillor has £1,500 to award during this year.

Four Lanes Trust

 

The Four Lanes Trust offers grants to community groups and organisations in Basingstoke and surrounding areas. Funding is intended to support local community projects in the following areas: • The Arts. • Education. • Social and Community Action.

Grants of between £500 and £1,000 are normally awarded; however, larger grants are considered from time to time.
