Woodford Symphony Orchestra is seeking to appoint a conductor from September 2020 with orchestral experience and the ability to enthuse and inspire an amateur orchestra to develop and achieve the highest possible musical standards.

<p>Corsley Festival Choir near Warminster in West Wiltshire is looking for a dynamic chorus master to work with the choir on a weekly basis preparing them for 2 concerts a year to be conducted by our MD Dr Edward-Rhys Harry, with a possibility of becoming the choir&rsquo;s future MD.

The Musical Director will primarily perform the role of Musical Director to Zero Harmony, a choir set up by Siemens plc at its UK headquarters in Frimley in cooperation with Surrey Heath Singers, a choral society based in Camberley Surrey. Rehearsals take place on Thursdays lunchtime.

Surrey Heath Singers is a choral society based in Camberley Surrey. We are a long established non-auditioned choir of 60 members. We meet weekly for rehearsals on Monday evenings and run four main concerts a year.

We are seeking a worthy successor to carry on with the development of this dedicated and enthusiastic choir, following the retirement of our long standing Musical Director, Andrew Phillips

Musical Director sought for Brighton Consort

South Bank Singers (SBS) are recruiting a new Music Director to take over from our current director, Charlie Gower-Smith, who is stepping down at the end of May 2020.

We are inviting applications from individuals who have two or more years’ experience of conducting a chamber choir performing sacred and secular music both accompanied and a cappella.

FARNHAM AND BOURNE CHORAL SOCIETY is an established non-audition choir based in West Surrey and performing a classical repertoire.  Our Musical Director will be stepping down in June 2020 to focus on some of his many other commitments. We are looking for an inspiring and musically accomplished leader to replace him and direct, train and take the choir forward.  The post will become available from 1st September 2020 but we hope to appoint by 31st May 2020.

Swindon Choral Society is a long-standing amateur choir of about 90 singers.  We put on four concerts a year in and around Swindon, with a variety of programmes (details can be found on our website).  We rehearse on Thursday evenings and currently have 10 – 12 rehearsals for each concert.  From time to time we also sing at or promote other events, for example Come and Sing days associated with our concert
