We have put together two accounts templates to help you manage your finances.
These templates are designed be simple but clear and are appropriate for groups using receipt and payment accounts. If you are using accrual accounting you may need to think about more complex and detailed accounting records.
Both templates are intended as a starting point as to how you can manage your accounts. You are welcome to make changes to suit your needs. Each template has an introduction page with some explanation of how the template works.
Cashbook template
This helps track payments received and made. You can reconcile this against your bank statements. The document contains some notes to help you use it.

This also helps track payments received and made, and has additional tabs to help track income and expenditure categories, and budget for the following year. There is a completed example version and a blank version. Both contain some notes to help you use them.
