NCS Musical Director - New Opportunity

Mark Anyan, Musical Director of Newcastle Choral Society since 2007, is to step down from the role at the end of February 2025.

The choir is now inviting submissions from experienced choral directors interested in taking over the role

NCS is a well-respected mixed voice adult choir of around 60 members.

The choir usually performs three concerts a year with a range of choral works from all eras at a variety of venues.

Since 2005, the choir has given four highly acclaimed concerts at Sage Gateshead (now The

Glasshouse), often in collaboration with other prestigious choirs and professional soloists.

 Rehearsals are on Monday evenings at St John's Church Kingston Park NE3 2HB
