Ipswich Choral Society presents Handel's Messiah

An exciting collaboration between two long established Ipswich Societies will be unveiled at Ipswich Corn Exchange on Saturday 12 March. One of the best-known choral works Handel’s Messiah holds a special place in the hearts of singers and audiences alike and now will inspire creativity in local artists.

Members of Ipswich Arts Society have been attending Ipswich Choral Society rehearsals as observers. The art works inspired by the choir singers, the music itself and the messages it conveys, will be exhibited in the Grand Hall on the night of the concert.

Both societies are excited about the collaboration and looking forward to the big reveal on 12 March. For the audience, it promises to be a fantastic evening with both the concert and exhibition to enjoy, and certainly not to be missed!
