Just Sing Skipton

Just Sing Skipton is a voluntary community organisation which runs two singing groups. Singing for Fun is for people living with dementia or Parkinson's. Just Sing welcomes people of all levels of singing ability. We do not give performances and there are no auditions. We sing songs from medieval times to the present day in unison and harmony. We are usually accompanied by a pianist. People who have a disability or long term health need are especially welcome to join us. Prior to the pandemic the groups met on alternate Tuesday afternoons in a local church hall. During the Covid-19 pandemic we have met on Zoom and outdoors. We are currently looking for new premises but hope to start indoor session in the autumn of 2021.
