National Youth Choir of Northern Ireland

The role requires a creative, enterprising, confident and experienced leader, with the vision, commitment, people skills and outlook to lead a highly regarded youth arts organisation. You will have experience in leading organisational change and proactively seeking out new opportunities for growth. You will have a blend of cultural leadership, business management, operational and commercial skills as well as a knowledge, understanding and passion for the arts.
