Spring Concert: Wings of a Dove

Join Skipton Choral for a wonderful afternoon concert!  We'll be accompanied by a grand piano, soprano soloist and string quartet and performing a very varied programme, featuring Mendelssohn's iconic "Hear My Prayer/O for the wings of a dove", three gorgeous pieces by Goodall (including The Vicar of Dibley theme), Brahms' "Four quartets", Gjeilo's "Dark Night Of The Soul", Tin's "Sogno di Volare" (composed as the theme song for the video game 'Civilization VI') and Whitacre's "Seal Lullaby"!  Please note: (1) due to expected advance demand, no tickets will be available on the door; (2) there won't be an interval, but refreshments will be available straight afterwards.
