The Forget Me Notes Project

We are a charity that uses music to build community. We run an inclusive community choir that is open to all, including people living with dementia, their friends and families. We also run Music Memory Sessions in care homes, sheltered housing and community settings, and run training for care home staff on how to incorporate music into their work.
