We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Violin (and Viola) Teacher to join our ever growing after school music school. We are looking for someone to initially cover a maternity leave every Tuesday during term time and then continue on at the school with their own pupils. We are open to teachers who are violin specialists with viola experience or those who teach violin only. There is also potential to take on chamber music coaching and theory classes if the candidate fits.
This role would directly report to the Director of Music and would work in collaboration with other teachers to progress and enhance students' development through various ensembles and classes.

**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Music
- Proven experience in instrumental teaching
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse student populations
- Knowledge of string pedagogical practices (Suzuki, Paul Rolland, Colour Strings etc.)
- No criminal record

- Traditional music practical or performance knowledge
