Tenth Avenue Band

We are a street band of around 20 musicians, roughly even numbers of men and women and with ages ranging from twenty plus to seventy plus. Our line up comprises a good range of wind instruments, percussion and guitars. We play a mix of jazz, African tunes, ska, klezmer, Latin dance music and some popular tunes. We perform regularly inside and out at parties, weddings, festivals and charity events. We aim to entertain and look good, as well as play music, so we have a locally themed costume and no music stands. We are serious about music being fun!
