Stalham Brass Band

Stalham Brass Band is the longest established brass band in East Anglia going back to 1850, The group holds the Queens Award for Voluntary service [the group MBE] and two Directors of Music - Gerald Thirst and Tim Thirst - are MBEs for their service to Brass Bands and youth music in the UK combining 138 years service to the band. Tim Thirst has been in the band for 60 years and Director of Music for 25.
