Plymouth Community Orchestra
We are a lively non-auditioned community orchestra. We provide opportunities for students and members of the community to come together and enjoy making music as well as developing their individual and group performance skills.
We rehearse on Thursday evenings from 7pm at the Sherwell Centre on the University of Plymouth Campus.
Public concerts are given during the academic year on the University campus. The repertoire includes well-known classical works of all centuries, contemporary and light music and new music from local composers.
Rehearsals and workshops are relaxed and friendly.
