NewSPAL: New Surrey Performing Arts Library

NewSPAL is the charity mandated by Surrey County Council to take over the Surrey Performing Arts Library. Currently housed at the County's Bourne Hall Ewell branch library, NewSPAL is acquiring a bespoke online IT system together with new premises in central Woking. SPAL, the country's third largest such collection, will have professional librarians, one of whom will be a music specialist.
