Maidstone Youth Music Society

Established in 1974 to provide young people with the opportunity to play in full orchestras, MYMS is committed to ensuring anyone can play the music they love. MYMS has continued to 'evolve' over the years and now offers a variety of ensembles of varying levels. Enjoyment and fun is key to any successful music centre and MYMS has lots of both to offer!
We currently have over just over 100 members who not only get to enjoy the thrill of playing music as a collective, but also making friends and socialising. MYMS is proud of its members who come from over 20 different schools in the Maidstone & Mid Kent area and is always keen to welcome new players.
