Leeds Vocal Movement

LVM is an open access choir based in Leeds, bridging the gap between youth choir and choral societies to provide musical opportunities to young people aged 18 - 35.

Since forming in 2011, LVM has won five trophies at the Pontefract Music Festival, has performed solo concerts to rapturous applause, and has been booked for numerous functions. We also run public workshops thanks to funding from LeedsInspired, Seedbed Foundation, Split Infinitive, and the Really Useful Group.

The choir’s aim is to work collaboratively with its members to perfect and perform various different genres of music, from modern and classical music, to religious and traditional music, heralding from all areas of the globe.
