Finchley Chamber Choir

Finchley Chamber Choir, formed in 1973, has been described by Making Music as 'one of London's finest amateur classical choirs'. It performs regularly at Trinity Church, North Finchley, including some joint concerts with Finchley Symphony Orchestra.

The choir consists of approximately thirty local singers, working to a high musical standard and providing almost all its own soloists. We perform a wide range of music from the 16th century right through to the present day, including commissions and first performances. Our rehearsals (on Tuesday evenings) focus on learning by sight reading, rather than by listening and repeating.
