East Suffolk Community Folk Orchestra

East Suffolk Community Folk Orchestra is a community folk orchestra for adults and young people aged 14+. We are a friendly, supportive and self-led folk ensemble that enjoys learning, playing and performing together.

We play arrangements of European folk tunes, including traditional tunes from England, France, Isle of Man, Scotland and Scandinavia. All arrangements include parts for bass and treble clef instruments. Either learn and play your part by ear, or read music.

The orchestra is open to any traditional folk or orchestral instrument and we welcome both experienced and inexperienced players. Rehearsals take place twice a month on Saturday morning in Bungay Community Centre. First rehearsal is a free taster. Contact: jopoole@protonmail.com.
