Cheltenham Bach Choir present two musical masters of the baroque period with some of their most popular works. GF Handel’s Dixit Dominus - a masterpiece from the precocious twenty year old composer - is performed alongside Antonio Vivaldi’s blissful Gloria to form a stunning programme to lift the spirits and inspire joy.

The choir is accompanied by the Regency Sinfonia and joined by two rising star soloists, Hannah Hughes and Siân Griffiths, in what promises to be an evening of highlights that will conclude with Handel's magnificent Zadok the Priest which he composed for the coronation of George II in 1727 and is one of Britain's most loved anthems.
