JS Bach, Mass in B Minor

Guildford Choral will be celebrating the genius of Bach with a performance of one of his greatest achievements - his Mass in B Minor. Huge in scope, with its wonderful melodies and exciting rhythms, this is surely a sacred musical creation beyond compare. The choir will be joined by Canzona, one of England’s leading ensembles specialising in performing Baroque music on period instruments; and by four soloists, Soprano Charlotte Bowden, Alto Ida Ranzlov, Tenor Joel Williams and Bass Hugo Herman-Wilson. Jonathan Willcocks will conduct.
