Weir Charitable Trust

The Weir Charitable Trust aims to support Scottish-based community groups and charities to provide services across Scotland to help the Scottish community including Culture, Health, Recreational activities.

Cost out your project or activity then ask for what you need. But the Trust reserves the right to award grants in full, in part or not at all depending on its assessment of the merits of the application. It is unlikely we will fund requests in full – we would expect to see evidence of efforts being made to raise funds by applicants themselves. A maximum of up to £25,000 can be applied for or awarded. In exceptional circumstances Trustees may make an award in excess of £25,000.
