The Access and Participation Fund is provided and administered by the Paul Hamlyn Foundation (PHF), one of the largest independent grant-making foundations in the UK.
The Foundation’s funding is focused on six priorities (five in the UK and one in India) where it wishes to see change. These are detailed in the Foundation's current UK Strategy.
The five priorities for the UK are:
- Investing in young people
- Migration and integration
- Arts access and participation
- Education and learning through the arts
- Nurturing ideas and people
Not-for-profit, formally constituted organisations in the UK are eligible to apply.
Priority will also be given to communities outside London.
