Health Heart Community Grants

 

Grants are available for new, original and innovative projects that actively promote heart health and help to reduce of prevent the risk of heart disease.

Over £1.7m has been awarded in the last 10 years.  Previous projects cover exercise, education, using green spaces and cycling. The grant application rolls out on a regional basis throughout the year.  Dates for Scotland, Tyne Tees and Granada have already passed for this year but dates are still open for other areas in the UK.  Check the website for details of when grant applications open.
