One of last year's participants said about her experience... "My introduction to the Pipers’ Guild couldn’t have been more welcoming or enjoyable. The sheer satisfaction of making my own bamboo pipe from scratch was my main takeaway from the course, but I also forged strong friendships and discovered an instrument with far greater versatility and heritage than I had ever anticipated. Championed by Ralph Vaughan Williams no less (elected President of The Pipers’ Guild in 1933), the bamboo pipes really do offer something for everyone, and I would heartily recommend The Pipers’ Guild as a way to explore this wonderful instrument and repertoire."
