Sounds of the 60s and 70s

Are you one of the many millions who enjoy listening to favourite songs from the 60s and 70s, such as hits by Abba, ELO, Elton John, Simon and Garfunkel, The Beatles and Queen – in addition to Barber, Rutter and Sondheim

If so, Saturday March 15th is the time to hear these – and more – live at St Paul’s Church, London N21.
Our concert goes beyond pop to include other musical genres from the same era.  For those who are of a more classical persuasion, John Rutter’s Gloria (composed in 1974) and Samuel Barber’s Adagio will be performed. The Barber is a choral setting dating from 1967 of the Agnus Dei to the music of his well-known and much-loved Adagio for Strings.

We’ll be accompanied by piano and percussion. There won’t be glitzy videos on display, but you will see our Musical Director Mark Sproson and singers in full flow.

We do hope you’ll join us for an excellent evening of entertainment.
