The winners of the Making Music Christmas carol competition will broadcast on Classic FM during the week beginning 18 December.
By submitting content for the Christmas carol competition, you agree to the following terms:
- You confirm that you have received the correct permissions to perform and record the piece that you have chosen to submit.
- You confirm that the piece you have submitted is still in copyright and if it is selected for broadcast that you will be prepared to purchase a Limited Manufacture licence from PRS for Music (if you you do not already have one).
- You give permission for Classic FM to broadcast your submission if selected
- You give permission for Making Music to add your content on their SoundCloud playlist, website and other social media platforms for future promotion of the project
- You can withdraw the above permissions at any time by contacting Making Music directly in writing.
Making Music:
- Will not use or share your content in any way other than described above
- Accepts no liability for any loss or damage to you through the activities described above.
