Arts audience

Funding is available for general charitable purposes. Previously the Trust has supported a wide range of different local, national and international causes, including charities working for human medical research, the relief of suffering and respite, and religious and heritage charities.

The G F Eyre Charitable Trust does not maintain a website or an email address. Groups should write to the Trust for further information on how to apply.

Funding is at the discretion of the Trustees. Previous grants have been for between £500 and £4,000.
 

Funding is available for projects that fit with the family ethos of protecting rural communities and encouraging participation in the arts, particularly that of textiles.

Priority is given to the following:

• Support of charitable textiles projects, including small scale community textiles initiatives.
• Support for the arts.
• Support for projects which seek to strengthen rural communities in Wales, especially in Mid Wales.

The funding is for core costs, including salaries and overheads.

Our Express Grants can help meet a wide range of costs, including general running costs such as rent or staff salaries; activities and events; equipment or materials; marketing and awareness-raising initiatives and training. These awards are made up of money from the many different funds we distribute on behalf of companies, individuals and charitable trusts. We match the applications we receive to the criteria of the various funds we have available at any time. These criteria determine which parts of Scotland, or which types of project any particular fund can be used for.

Grants for organisations and individuals in the UK for projects that support live and performance arts, in general and in education.

Applications with a Yorkshire or regional focus are favoured.

The scheme is intended to help support, sustain and promote the growth of the new music infrastructure in the UK. The Foundation's funding priorities are: • To support the creation and performance of outstanding new music in any genre. • To develop artists to their full potential. • To inspire audiences UK-wide.

Grants are available to organisations and groups in the UK working in any genre of new music.

The Trust‘s mission is to manage the funds at its disposal to support literary, artistic, musical and theatrical projects and organisations.

The amount of each grant usually falls within the range of £500 to £5,000. However, the Trustees retain the right to give discretionary grants, and development grants, outside this amount, but do so only in exceptional circumstances.

Funding to support organisations and partnerships, including private sector arts companies, community and charitable arts organisations, museums with production, commissioning or creative projects that have potential for significant impact on the development of talent and leadership, and the growth of an ambitious international-facing arts infrastructure in England, especially outside London.

The Small Grants Scheme for the Arts is provided and administered by Wycombe District Council.
Funding is intended to assist local voluntary and community groups, arts organisations, individuals and arts companies with the cost of delivering arts projects and events that benefit Wycombe residents.

Grants will cover up to 50% of total costs to a maximum of £1,500.

West Lancashire District Council provides small grants to voluntary community, sport, play or art groups that are working to benefit their local community within the district.

Grants are available for third sector voluntary, non-profit making community organisations based in West Lancashire to support their community, play, sport, or arts activities.

The Arts Development Small Grant Scheme is provided and administered by West Dorset District Council.
Funding is intended to assist local voluntary and community groups and organisations with the costs of new arts projects and activities that will benefit people living or visiting West Dorset

Small grants are available to non-profit-making groups or organisations for new projects that involve local residents and/or tourists
