Sudbury Symphony Orchestra

Formed in 1993, Sudbury Symphony Orchestra aims to enable amateur instrumentalists to play challenging music whilst having fun. The orchestra plays a range of classical and light music in three or four concerts each year. The orchestra has a professional conductor, Matthew Andrews, and is led by Stephen Calder As well as regular concerts, the orchestra meets for day or weekend events a couple of times a year to work on repertoire other than the concert programmes.
