What is this survey for? This is a survey of the members (individuals) of Making Music members (groups). You have been sent the link to this survey by the group you are a member of. This survey is totally anonymous. Making Music is conducting this survey to see how the demographic make-up of the Making Music membership compares to the demographic make-up of the UK. This will give us useful information so we can take action to achieve the aims we articulate in our Equality, Diversity and Inclusion plan. We will conduct this survey again in three years’ time to assess our progress. The survey also includes questions on what music teaching and education individual members received, which will help us to address barriers to participation in leisure time music making across the UK.
