Music Director

Dunbar Choral is a small, friendly SATB Choral Society in East Lothian with a long history.  We do not hold auditions and have a mix of members with differing levels of musical ability and experience.

In recent years the choir has, annually, performed a charity concert of lighter music, a Christmas concert and a larger scale Classical work with guest soloists and orchestral players.

We have been rehearsing on Tuesday evening 7.15 - 9.15 pm in termtime through the generosity of a local school.

We are looking to restart our choir with renewed vigour by appointment of an inspiring musical director with excellent vocal coaching skills.  We are seeking someone with skills to develop the choir's performance, sound and technique in a dynamic and motivational manner through a rehearsal programme built on engagement, enthusiasm and fun.
