Musical Director

Wycombe’s long-established Male Voice Choir is renewing its musical team, with the recent appointment of a new Accompanist and the imminent retirement of our Musical Director Louise Langley.

We are seeking a new MD to conduct our rehearsals and concerts and to provide musical leadership to develop our repertoire and singers’ capabilities in an engaging and enjoyable way.

Our repertoire is a rich mix of traditional Male Voice Choir pieces along with modern treatments of well-known songs from musicals and pop genres. We are keen to pursue a modernising agenda while respecting our MVC roots.

The MD role is supported by an experienced Management Committee that handles engagements for the Choir and social functions – teamwork is of the essence!
