Truro Choral Society

With a membership of about 140, Truro Choral Society is the largest choral society locally. Founded in 1962 under the name Truro Singers, its name changed to Truro Choral Society in 1978. We perform at least 3 concerts annually, in Truro Cathedral and elsewhere. The repertoire includes major choral works, some contemporary music and occasional world premieres. An un-auditioned choir, the Society’s aim is to provide everyone with the opportunity to sing the best choral music. We always welcome new singers.
