The Selsey Shantymen

In 2019 a land locked Mancunian living in Selsey (by the sea) thought it would be easy to start a male voice choir. Some time later having reviewed the situation The Selsey Shantymen were formed. 1 became 12 and has remained 12 since then. Singing sea shanties washed down with beer are the ingredients that bind us together. Our local community view us as an interesting curiosity; we support local charities and perform regularly at Selsey Lifeboat Station (at the drop off a hat)
