City of Lichfield Concert Band

The Lichfield Concert Band is a friendly community band based in the City of Lichfield. The band plays concerts in Staffordshire and the West Midlands. Currently we have 46 members with a wide age range and rehearsals are on Monday evenings at the Lichfield Guildhall. We strive to play at a high level which requires commitment but also know the importance of the social aspect and to this end we have enjoyed weekends away at Scarborough, Llandudno, Morecambe, Sidmouth, Paris and Limburg ( Lichfield`s Twin town ). Other social events having included meals ,bowling, Barbeque and barn dance.
In April 2016 the band performed at the finals of the National Concert Band Festival at the Royal Northern College of Music in Manchester.
