The not-for-profit company, limited by guarantee, runs Construction Rocks, in which amateur bands performa and raise money for charities, and Wells Rocks, which supports the community based Wells Contemporary Music Centre by organising fundraising events and supporting volunteer individuals who run workshops and social jam sessions etc.Model articles of association were used for a company limited by guarantee.
