Arcadian Strings

A string orchestra of 21 players from a wide range of backgrounds. Some are professionally trained musicians of whom several are teaches of their instrument. Others are experienced amateurs who play for the love of making music together.
The orchestra plays generally well-known music from the string repertoire but also invites players of other instruments to perform solos with the orchestra from time to time. The orchestra is based on North Yorkshire and gives concerts generally in the Harrogate and Nidderdale area
