There is not a limit on the number of emails that can be held, but rather on the storage of the email mailbox. As standard, the size of that mailbox for each email address set up for the mail to be held on the server for collection is 100mb. We are able to adjust each mailbox to a maximum size of 1000mb at no additional cost. However, if you decide to do this you may want to add the additional storage space extra.
